Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and uninstalled

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or installed products

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Final sale items

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Sedalia is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or provider

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5-7 days of delivery with photos.

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations
